A chartered builder and construction manager. Edwin started out managing construction of London buildings, then housing before becoming a chartered surveyor. He has worked for constructors, the public and private sectors, for investment banks, educational institutions, property and land owners, insurance companies and in private practice.
Nic Hosking – (BA Hons) – Office and Administration Manager
Nic, our office and administration manager, is the first point of contact for the business. Taking care of enquiries, producing quotes, booking surveys, accounts, office administration and appointments and assisting the surveyors with all aspects of administration. A graduate of Bournemouth University, Nicola has years of customer service and communication experience.
We provide RICS Level 2 Surveys, (formerly called HomeBuyer Surveys), Level 3 Surveys (formally called ‘Building Surveys’), property valuations, dilapidations, expert witness, building control, 10 year structural warranty insurance; act as party wall surveyors, project managers, design and planning services.
